Business Health Checks & Sounding Board Sessions

All business owners should pull themselves back from the day-to-day detail of their business once in a while and look at the big picture. Ask yourselves these questions:

So why use me?

I’m an objective and (very) honest ‘third eye’ on your business – you cannot be objective about your own business. Yes you can talk to family or friends and get advice but, ultimately, they have subjective opinions because they know you.

I’ll help you look at your business strategy and suggest new ways of thinking, new avenues to pursue and facilitate a general brainstorming to bring some fresh ideas to the table.

A full Business Health Check normally involves a 2 hour meeting with you, production of a simple ‘recommendations’ report and a follow-up 1 hour meeting. This can be a one-off service, or more popular are my ongoing monthly sounding board sessions.
